A non-flammable, pleasant to use and biodegradable solvent for thinning and blending coloured pencil. It is a clear, colourless liquid which has a pleasant orangey citrus smell, it is biodegradable and evaporates without leaving any residue. Once applied to areas of a drawing the colour can be easily blended with a brush or paper stump to create paint like effects.
